For emergency calls 5PM-7AM, call +46 498-20 22 69. Emergency calls include water leaks or key cards that are not working, which means you cannot enter your room.

Emergency calls that are not urgent, such as booking questions, may be charged. The emergency service does not have access to a booking system or email, and we therefore refer certain questions to the reception during opening hours 7AM-5PM on +46 498-20 22 60.

Lost cards that the emergency service needs to solve will be charged 500 SEK.

Check-in takes place at the reception from 3:00 PM (earlier check-in possible depending on available rooms). Check-in outside the regular opening hours is possible and is done using a code that you receive when booking. Check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

DAILY CLEANING
Daily cleaning? To protect the water, the environment and the privacy of our guests, we will not carry out any overnight cleaning during your stay as standard. If you would like daily cleaning, please book this at least one day before the actual cleaning time. If the booking is made after this deadline, a fee of 50 SEK per city will be added. To book an overnight cleaning or if you have any questions, please contact us and we will help you

"EMERGENCY CABINET"
The hotel has 2 "emergency cabinets" with practical items in case something in the room runs out and staff is not on site. The cabinets contain toilet paper, shampoo, batteries, fly swatter, coffee, tea, plasters, etc. Höders Cabinet is located outside room 413 & Balders Cabinet is located outside room 514.

BREAKFAST BUFFET
Our popular breakfast buffet is served 7AM-9:30AM every day in Breda Blick's café in Höders hus (closest to Tranhusgatan). Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet in the café premises, or if the weather permits in Breda Blick's wonderful garden!

Breakfast is included for all our hotel guests. Guests who are not staying at the hotel are of course also welcome, price 200 SEK (115 SEK for children 3-9 years).

CAFÉ BREDA BLICK
During the summer months we keep our fantastic ice cream café open. We serve drinks with and without alcohol, a simple lunch, and spectacular ice cream creations. Outside of the summer season there is a smaller selection of drinks and snacks that can be purchased in the reception.

AIR CONDITIONING
We have a limited number of portable air conditioners/air coolers available for rent at 100 SEK per night. Please ask the reception during your stay or contact us by phone/email before arrival if you wish to pre-book.

EXERCISE
You can quickly reach the seaside promenade through the Botanical Garden, from where you have kilometers of beautiful walking and cycling paths.

PARKING
Breda Blick has a limited number of parking spaces close to the garden, which can be booked in advance by contacting the hotel at a cost of 100 SEK per day. Please note that spaces fill up quickly and we cannot guarantee all guests a parking spot. Cars are limited in the city center during the summer, but this does not apply to you as a guest at Breda Blick since we have our own parking. If your car will be parked for a longer period, we recommend parking at Kruttornet or at Wisby Strand Conference Hall.

RESTAURANTS
There are many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The reception will be happy to help with recommendations and table bookings.

PETS
Dogs are allowed in our hotel rooms for a fee of 150 SEK per night. Please contact the hotel in advance to book a room with a dog.

SMOKING
Smoking is generally prohibited on the hotel premises. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area next to the main building. A cleaning fee of 5 000 SEK will be charged for smoking in the rooms.

ROOM TELEPHONES
The rooms do not have telephones. In case of emergency, you can borrow a phone at the reception.

TRANSFER
A taxi transfer from the harbor costs about 130 SEK, and from the airport about 175 SEK. Airport transport can be booked via www.flygtaxi.se, where you must provide your flight number. The airport bus can be booked at www.flygbussarna.se.

DISTURBANCE SERVICE
The facility expects all guests to maintain order and ensure a pleasant and peaceful environment. At Breda Blick, the hotel should be quiet after 11PM. Any disturbance service (security company) call-out after 11:00 PM will be charged 5 000 SEK.
