Booking and confirmation
A booking is binding as soon as it has been confirmed and the guest has received a booking number, this can be given verbally, in writing or digitally. When booking is made on our website, a written booking confirmation must be received via e-mail within 30 minutes, if no confirmation is delivered, the guest must notify the hotel immediately. Check the booking confirmation so that all information is correct. It is the guests responsibility that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Hotel Breda Blick reserves itself for possible explanatory mistakes.
All bookings must be paid according to the payment terms. Non-refundable bookings are guaranteed when the booking has been paid in full. Flex bookings must be fully paid no later than 30 days before arrival. If the booking is not paid, Hotel Breda Blick reserves the right to cancel the booking without informing the guest.
The possibility of canceling or rebooking depends on the condition.
Flex-Price - can be canceled free of charge until 15:00 (hotel time) three days before arrival. Cancellation later than 15:00 three days before arrival will be charged in full. If you, close family or a fellow traveler get sick or injured, refund is possible if you present a statement from a doctor. In case of non-arrival, the booking should be paid in full.
Non-refundable - can be canceled but not refunded. The booking cannot be moved forward in time either.
For group bookings, the rules stated on the group confirmation apply.
If a room has been booked for a fixed period of time but the guest leaves before the end of this period, there is no obligation for Hotell Breda Blick to refund this. Any missed breakfast due to early departure will not be refunded.
Unless otherwise stated in the price description, the booking can be changed until 15:00 three days before arrival. In the event of changes to the date and/or duration of the booking or the number of people, the price will also be adjusted to the current price. It is not permitted to transfer a booking to another person without the hotel's consent or let another person stay in the hotel room. Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed.
Non-refundable bookings are paid at 100% no later than 24 hours after the booking is made. For other individual bookings, 10% of the booking value is paid within 10 days, the remaining amount is paid no later than 30 days before the day of arrival. The reception does not accept cash payments. For requests for other payment methods, contact the hotel no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
Arrival and departure
Guest has access to booked hotel room from 15:00, check-out must take place at 11:00 at the latest.
Use of hotel rooms
At Hotel Breda Blick, minors, under the age of 18, cannot stay without the company of a guardian. The number of guests in the room may not exceed the number of people for whom the room is booked and checked in. A limited number of extra beds and cots can be booked for certain room categories, these must be booked directly at the time of booking and in direct contact with the room booking. For children under 3 years of age, a cot can be booked at a cost. A child up to 6 years old can share a bed with the parents at no extra cost. Guests aged 6 and over must book an extra bed and pay an additional cost. Guests may not use the hotel room for anything other than accommodation.
Hotel Breda Blick is non-smoking, and this applies to all surfaces both indoors and outdoors (including balconies). Guests who choose not to comply with these regulations are obliged to compensate the hotel for incurred cleaning costs and loss of income. There is a special smoking area next to the car park.
At Hotel Breda Blick, dogs are welcome! We allow dogs in most rooms, but we also have a few rooms reserved for allergy sufferers. Dogs are also allowed in our dining room, stairwell and in the outdoor dining area. The only area we appreciate if you avoid with the dog is the buffet area. If you wish to bring your dog, there will be an additional cost, contact the hotel to book this.

Hotel Breda Blick strives to satisfy all wishes that all guests have as far as possible.
To guarantee that requests become reality, it must be done in direct contact with the booking and be confirmed via e-mail. In the case of a guarantee of requests, an additional cost is added, this cost must be approved by the paying guest or booker, otherwise the request cannot be fulfilled.
Luggage & guests belongings
Luggage can be stored free of charge in Hotel Breda Blick's luggage room. Hotel Breda Blick takes no legal responsibility for; luggage or belongings left in lobby, meeting room, foyer, restaurant, hotel room, locked in hotel room safe, left in luggage room.
If the property is of unusually high value, the guest is obliged to inform Hotel Breda Blick about this before handing it in. Hotel Breda Blick has no obligation to store property of high value.
Liability for damages
Guests at Hotel Breda Blick are responsible for any damage that the guest himself or guests' visitors cause within the hotel. If a guest or guest's visitor causes such damage or disturbance during the stay at the hotel that it affects future loss of income, the staying guest is responsible for compensating Hotel Breda Blick both for the repair of damage that has occurred and the loss of income estimated by Hotel Breda Blick.
There is detailed safety information on the hotel room door, it is the guest's responsibility to personally pay attention to where emergency exits, alarm buttons and fire extinguishers are located. Strike, lockout, fire, explosion, war or similar state of war, significant restrictions on deliveries or other circumstances beyond Hotel Breda Blick's control entitle Hotel Breda Blick to cancel the booking without obligation to pay damages.
If the costs for the acquisition or provision of agreed goods and or services should increase as a result of increased taxes, devaluation, authority decisions or comparable circumstances, Hotel Breda Blick is entitled to charge a price supplement corresponding to the cost increase.
Disputes caused by or arising in connection with this agreement must be resolved in a Swedish court. Hotel Breda Blick is a member of Visita and has undertaken to follow decisions made by Visita's responsibility committee. If Hotel Breda Blick does not accept a complaint from a guest, the dispute can be tried by the General Complaints Board (ARN). Guests can then contact ARN at www.arn.se alt. Box 174 101 23 Stockholm.

The gift voucher is a document of value that guests can use to pay for food, drink and accommodation at Hotel Breda Blick.
Holder of the gift certificate is responsible for ensuring that the validity period has not expired at the time of payment. Unauthorized resale of gift certificates may lead to the use of the value of the gift certificate not being permitted. Lost gift vouchers cannot be replaced, nor can gift vouchers be redeemed for cash.
